We wanted a different wedding and are excited about some of your more unusual suggestions but we do not have a budget. Will you work with us and advise us how to stay within our spending limits?

 
Certainly. We understand that having the wedding that the two of you want is of paramount importance and that part of that is organising your budget and suggesting options that create the ceremony and celebration you want within your price range.

We have decided that we are definitely getting married on St Lucia, it looks and sounds so wonderful. Living in California and both having very demanding jobs, we consequently have very little time to plan the event. We want you to coordinate our wedding but feel it would be more productive if we could meet you face to face now, at the beginning of the whole process. Is this possible?

 
Yes of course. One of the Awesome Caribbean Weddings team will travel to meet you at a mutually convenient location and time. We find that this approach is excellent as we can discuss concepts, ideas and details with you both at one time and also be in situ if you require practical and creative suggestions for wedding attire. The travel costs, any expenses and a daily rate are payable by you.

Do you know the proper etiquette?

 
We are well versed in proper traditional wedding day etiquette. We work with you to decide how traditional or casual you wish to be with etiquette at your wedding and reception.

We do not really know what type of wedding we want and are both so busy that it is difficult to find time to discuss it. Can you help?

 
Of course, just go to our "CONTACT US" page. Just fill in your names and contact details, then fill in the section entitled "Here are some details about us - please make some suggestions for our wedding." Submit the form and we will contact you with some ideas.

Our Caribbean wedding is expanding as more and more of the family and friends that we invited to join us have accepted the invitation. At our final count, there are thirty seven in the wedding party. Can you make some suggestions for accommodation and leisure activities for everybody?

 
How lovely that so many of your friends and family will be with you to celebrate your wedding day. Just send us a list of your guests, along with their preference for style of accommodation, any specific facilities or activities required and groups that would like to stay and relax together and leave the rest to us. We know some wonderful private villas which are ideal for groups. They are premium quality and are more economical than hotel accommodation when shared. We can organise vehicle hire, sightseeing excursions, tours and relaxation activities, too.

When do we meet our wedding coordinator?

 
Before you arrive at your island destination we will arrange a time and date of the first meeting with your personal wedding coordinator. You will also be given telephone numbers to contact us in between your meetings should any questions arise.
