Caille Blanc Villa Residence boasts a 65-foot infinity lap pool (3 ft 8" x 5 ft 2" on the deep side) and waterfall facing the majestic Pitons and Caribbean Sea. Beautiful lounge chairs surround the pool area, where you can take in the sun or move back into the shade of the Treetop Pavillion. This cliffside villa dwelling is located a few minutes drive to the pristine Anse Chastanet Beach. The Residence Suites surround the centerpiece Treetop Pavillion Courtyard. All Suites are the unique creation of the owner, a world-class designer, who hand-selected the finest antiques and furnishings from Afghanistan, India, China and the US.

The Pool Suite

The Pool Suite has an interesting facade made of hand-cut, local stone, which continues on the back wall of the bedroom. The interior has a four-poster, King Size bed and a beautiful, hand-carved Day Bed. There are several ceiling fans, air conditioning and Safari style nets for your comfort. Comfortable, contemporary furniture outfits the Living Room and faces out to the pool and Pitons. The Suite has a large bathroom with two alabaster sinks, shower and beautiful vanity.

The Temple Suite

The Temple Suite (2 levels) is our most elaborate building design. Though simplistic with whitewashed exterior walls, it has antique, decorative hand-carved teak wood Palace Doors from India. The interior includes stone carving motifs in the wall separating living room from Bathroom. Hand-painted Indian tiles cover the vaulted ceiling from Living Room to Bedroom. The Living Room has two large Day Beds and a Kiva Fireplace. The Bedroom has a four-poster, King Size bed with arm chairs and a private patio terrace connecting the Bedroom to the pool area. There are several ceiling fans, air conditioning and Safari style nets for your comfort.

The Temple Suite (lower level)

This Bedroom is located on the first floor of the Temple, with two four-poster, Single Size beds, a writing desk, living room furniture, and private bathroom and shower, fans & air conditioning.

Fitness Centre

A newly equipped Fitness Center is also located on the lower level in an open style room with fans and air conditioning.

Grotto Suite & Wading Pool

The owner's private Suite is located 18 feet beneath the pool level and constructed on the cliffside with a private stone and wood extended patio that cantilevers over the cliff. The waterfall, from the pool above, cascades into a wading pool on the terrace. The Suite has handmade wood paneling with a four-poster, King Size bed, Living Room, small Kitchen and an outdoor Japanese soak tub for your morning meditation. There are several ceiling fans, air conditioning and Safari style net for your comfort.

The Bougainvillea Suite

This Suite is appointed with a four-poster, King Size bed and a four-poster Day Bed There are several ceiling fans, air conditioning and Safari style nets for your comfort. The Bouganvilla Suite connects to the Living Room/Entertainment Center. The granite bathroom has a large shower and bath with a picture window view of the Pitons. The terracotta patio outside the bedroom's plantation doors is very secluded for your private moments viewing the majestic Pitons.

The Sunset Suite

The Sunset Suite has a beautiful, hand-carved, Queen Size bed with a private patio facing the Pitons and overlooking the pool for the best views at sunset. The Sunset Suite connects to the Living Room/Entertainment Area. A wonderful Bathroom with an open feeling has a shower facing the Pitons. There is a ceiling fan, air conditioning and a Safari style net for your comfort.

Entrance to Original Villa Suites & Living Room

The entrance steps lead to a sheltered Dining Patio facing the water Lilly Koi Pond. This area joins our Living Room, which can comfortably accommodate 8-10 friends. It has a 42" flat screen tv and a small DVD collection. Broadcast television is on the way, but is not on our side of the mountain, yet. We have a small collection of books and suggest you bring your favorites, which we're happy to accept as a donation for our library. Our wonderful staff is friendly and will go out of their way to please you.

Rates Details (US)

The villa compound (6 villa suites) is rented to a single party at a time (consisting of 2-14 guests). Rates vary by number of guest and there is a minimum 5 night stay.

High Season (Dec. 15th - April 15th)

2-4 Guests: $1,900/night ($13,300/week)
5-8 Guests: $2,400/night ($16,800/week)
9-14 Guests: $3,000/night ($21,000/week)

Low Season (April 16th - December 14th)

2-4 Guests: $1,500/night ($10,500/week)
5-8 Guests: $1,800/night ($12,600/week)
9-14 Guests: $2,100/night ($14,700/week)

50% Deposit is required upon booking. If canceled within 60 days before arrival, deposit may be applied to a villa rental at a later date.
