Legal Requirements

All legal details are organised by us, we will tell you the documents that you will need to bring with you and you leave the rest to us. There is no residency requirement in St Lucia but the paperwork does generally take one to two days to process, so usually the earliest you can get married is the third day after your arrival on the island.

An express service has been implemented for those who do not want to wait the usual length of time. It does cost US$120 extra but depending on your arrival time and day it is possible that we could marry you on the afternoon of the day after your arrival, as long as both days are Monday - Friday.

Sharing Your Day Online
We can helpyou share your wedding celebration with absent friends and family all over the world. During your ceremony we can take digital photographs, select one with you and email this to all the addresses you request.

Bouquets & Decorations
We work with you and your color preferences/theme - each bouquet is created specifically for each bride.
In addition, boutonnières, corsages, hair combs, floral tiaras, full floral crowns, reception area and table arrangements (where required) create a wonderful continuity to the overall look, atmosphere and impact of your wedding and reception. [back to top]

An underwater themed wedding - 
for these two divers, we used bubbles instead of confettiand created a wedding arch complete with sharks!

You can even include the ancient island tradition of a conch being blown to signify the start of an important event.

Caribbean Favors and Gifts

Welcome Baskets

A decorative and practical gift that can be placed in your guests room prior to their arrival so they can get the maximum use from it during their stay. You can also add your own unique touch. For your gift packs, we suggest the following:

Sport sun screen- spf 25
Sun Shield Sport is a unique 100% all-natural sunblock formula that is waterproof, making it ideal for the active person. It resists run-off from heavy perspiration and swimming, allowing continuous protection.

Natural Insect Repellent
It is a natural, spray-on insect repellent formulated with pure essential oils and food grade, inert ingredients. The product is popular with tourists and locals alike, as it offers a natural alternative for people wanting to avoid chemical DEET-based repellents. The ingredients used have a long history of use as repellents, and can be commonly found in the food industry.

After Sun Aloe Spritz

uses 100% aloe vera gel (many leading brands use as little as 15%) with pure essential oils of lavender and peppermint to enhance the soothing and refreshing properties.

Après Sol moisturizing lotion

is a luxurious blend of all-natural ingredients that nourishes the skin and leaves a silky smooth, non-greasy feel. Ideal for use after exposure to the sun's dehydrating effects, as a general skin moisturizer and great for men after shaving.

All of the fruit will be pre-cut and pre sliced so that the guests can see the fruit in its true form but it will be easy to eat without a knife.  The fruit will be individually wrapped in cling wrap and placed in a woven locally made basket.

A small bottle of local hot pepper sauce, local cinnamon spice along with a locally grown and manufactured Cocoa stick and recipe for making "Cocoa Tea" all presented in a small bag made of colourful West Indian madras fabric.

Embroidered Towels

These towels make great beach towels and are an attractive memento of time spent sunning in St Lucia . They are not the thick toweling as that wouldn't be good for beach towels as it doesn't dry very fast.

Other favor ideas:

How about book of poems or a play by Derek Walcott, a St. Lucian writer who was awarded the Nobel Prize for literature in 1992. It could be nice to create a bookmark with a few words from you on it... from US$28 each.
